Anye processes and ships in stock items within 48-72 hours.
If your item is out of stock you will be contacted via email.
Anye will refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition and within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. All returns must be in the original warehouse condition including the mailing envelope and the card insert.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different size, shipping will be charged again upon re-shipment.
Anye cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. We highly recommend that you insure your package and/or send it with ‘tracking’ or ‘delivery confirmation’. If we do not receive your return, we cannot issue a refund.
Please be sure to email us once you have sent your return so that we can keep an eye out for delivery. When enquiring about an order or a return please include the order number and the original email address with which the order was placed.
If Anye has made a mistake on an item sent to you or if your item is faulty, damaged, or of unsatisfactory quality we will happily refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item, unless it was sent to you with other items that are not being returned.
